to add you to our subscriber database to receive the Chelsea Hing Studio newsletter;

to engage with you where you are a current or potential client or referring real estate agent, developer, architect, builder, supplier or consultant;

communicating with you and your builder, architect or supplier (e.g. others involved in the design and styling of your residence) in relation to the services we may provide to you;
to create and maintain records on artworks to assist with valuations and checks on authenticity, provenance and title;
to arrange your attendance at and host you at external events, fairs and exhibitions;
conducting internal administration processes including account keeping, billing, payments and recovery of monies, as well as operating, protecting, improving and optimising our business, services, website and our users’ and clients’ experiences, such as to perform analytics, conduct research, quality assurance, complaint handling and for advertising and marketing;

to operate, protect and optimise our business, website and social media accounts (including troubleshooting, data analysis, users’ experience, testing, system maintenance, supporter, reporting);

our related entities, third-party suppliers and service providers, including our IT systems providers such as Copper CRM and cloud storage providers, our email marketing providers such as Klaviyo, Gmail – Google, Google Analytics, our accountants and lawyers, our banks, payment system and invoicing operators such as Xero and insurance providers;
our employees;
anyone to whom our assets or businesses (or any part of them) are transferred; and
other persons, including government agencies, regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies, or as required, authorised or permitted by law.

Where we do disclose your personal information, it will be on the basis that these individuals and organisations are required to keep the information confidential and secure, and they will only use the information to carry out the instructed services.

We may disclose personal information outside of Australia to the individuals and organisations described above, including third party suppliers and service providers located overseas. The specific country where recipients are located is the USA. When you provide your personal information to us, you consent to the disclosure of your information outside of Australia.
