Our services are priced based on the scope of the project using three methods: fixed fees, retainers, and hourly rates.

• Fixed fees apply where the scope is clearly defined during our design phases
• Hourly fees apply where the scope is more open-ended or additional
• Retainers are used for ongoing work during construction

Each fee type is clearly nominated on our fee proposal and will be discussed with you at the onset of the project.

If needed, we’ll follow up with a site meeting to further understand the space. Once we have a clear picture, we’ll prepare a tailored interior design fee proposal for your review.

We recommend engaging us before your plans are finalised or as soon as you’ve bought the house. Early involvement allows us to shape the project scope, ensure the interior supports how you want to live, and collaborate seamlessly with your project team. 

Timelines vary depending on scope, but most renovation projects take between 9-12 months. Large renovations or new builds can take longer when working with external teams or navigating planning approvals. If the project is furniture curation only, please allow 9-12 months for our design process which includes local and European lead times.

We provide a detailed project schedule during the planning phase, so you’ll have a clear sense of timing from the outset. While delays can happen due to construction, supply chain issues, or unforeseen site conditions, we stay proactive in managing them and will always keep you informed.

We specialise in full-service high-end residential interiors, which typically suits larger-scale renovations, new builds, or complete furniture curation projects. Our process is tailored for clients looking to engage us end-to-end with trust in our vision and a shared commitment to quality.

Our renovation projects typically start with construction costs of  $1M and go up from there. If you’re seeking furnishing, styling, and art curation, purchasing budgets generally start from $200,000, depending on the size and complexity of the home. These thresholds allow us to work with the custom level of detail, quality, and layered styling we’re known for. Every brief is different. We offer a furnishing and curation service for clients in Melbourne and Sydney who have completed their renovation or new build and want a fully resolved, beautifully layered home. This includes curated furniture, lighting, styling and art curation to bring personality to your home.

While we’re based in Melbourne and Sydney, we’re open to working on select interior design projects outside Australia. If the brief aligns with our values and vision, we’re happy to explore how we can collaborate internationally.
